Generally, when we add a new source or support a new platform, we don't retrieve all the associated comments that were published in the past -- we pickup comments made from that pt on. Please send us the properties you comment on and we will look into it for you:

I've claimed my LiveJournal and IntenseDebate accounts and Connected my Facebook. Shouldn't BT have pulled in my old comments from those accounts by now, or does it only work on post-claim comments?
